The application guidelines for the Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank Cultural and Educational Foundation Scholarship are provided below. Students who wish to apply are requested to submit all required application materials to the Graduate Institute of Social Work Office no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, September 15, 2025.

I. Eligibility

Applicants should, in principle, be second-year or above master's students currently enrolled in the Graduate Institute of Social Work.

II. Number of Awards

• One (1) award

III. Award Amount

• NT$50,000 for the selected recipient.

IV. Eligibility Requirements

Please refer to the attached guidelines for complete eligibility requirements. Priority will be given to students with financial need.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Have passed all courses taken during the 2024–2025 Academic Year, with an overall average of at least 80 and a conduct grade of Grade A or at least 80.
2. Applicants who have already received another scholarship are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

V. Required Application Documents

Eligible students who wish to apply should submit the following documents to the Graduate Institute Office by 12:00 noon on Monday, September 15, 2025. Electronic copies of all documents are acceptable.

• Scholarship Application Form and Consent Form for Bank Transfer Information (including copies of the student ID card, national ID card, and the cover page of the applicant's bank passbook).
• Official transcript for the 2024–2025 Academic Year, complete academic transcript, and official class ranking certificate.
• Additional supporting documents that may facilitate the review process, such as proof of financial hardship or a low-income household certificate.
